For 20 years, I have been guiding people through inner development and outer achievements
For 30 years, I have studied human motivation and how to change our behaviors and perspectives

For 25 years, I have studied organizational functioning
I have been creating or consulting for visionary companies for the past 25 years
I am a certified Excutive Coach through The Hudson Institute of Coaching
I am certified in the Leadership Circle Profile 360 assessment
I am a graduate of the THNK School of Creative Leadership, where I was also hired to consult for THNK in-company clients
I am a graduate of the Suluk Academy core (4-year program) and advanced studies program (2-year program)
I am certified Retreat Guide in the Inayatiyya Lineage (2-year program)
I am the co-vice president of a traditional 1400-year-old contemplative lineage, where I develop and deliver meditation curricula for audiences ranging from beginners to advanced teachers and guides
I am a founding member and was contracted to develop and deliver an innovative group dynamics curriculum for founding teams in the Guild of Future Architects accelerator
I lead transformational classes and retreats online and around the world
I have a BA from NYU in Organizational Behavior, Contemplative Studies, and Narrative Theory
I was a Visiting Scholar at NYU’s ITP, where I studied ancient and emergent “Technologies of Self”
As an Executive Producer, I led a team at Whole Foods Market to create an award-winning online magazine (James Beard) and TV series, Dark Rye
After founding a bleeding edge gaming company that brought together VR, biometric wearables, and behavior change, I spearheaded bringing that vision to NYU, which ultimately led to the formation of the Future Imagination Collaboratory
I am an “indoor” student of Sifu Master Hu in the traditional lineage of Xingyi and Bagua martial arts
Most importantly, I am a husband and father
