Each engagement is custom designed to meet the needs of my clients. 

For some, that means meeting weekly for 2 hours; for others, it means a quick monthly check-in.

The process begins with a robust intake of the client’s history, goals, and inner and outer tendencies, along with how those around them experience them. Grounded in a thorough assessment, we prioritize the habits, beliefs, and behaviors we will work on eliminating, cultivating, or refining.

We then begin an unforgettable transformation process that leads to your inner and outer actualization and fulfillment, ensuring you leave this world better than you found it.

Tools of transformation 

To support your inner and outer transformation, I draw from 30 years of studying and practicing mindset and behavior change. My approach is grounded in a variety of sources from ancient contemplative traditions to modern psychology, cognitive neuroscience and emerging technologies. 

Practices can include gentle interventions such as visualization, writing, and concentration to more disruptive interventions using emerging technologies and therapies.

There are endless tools, techniques, and practices. We find the ones that resonate and work for you. And then make sure you do them.
