Thank you for joining me on this journey towards a deeper understanding of Awareness and our digital life!

For me, it was a truly rewarding experience to share some orientations and practice around developing concentration and how our digital life influences us.

I am always trying to improve these courses, so any feedback is welcome, even if (or especially if) you didn’t continue.
